What are the main side effects?

Nausea (about 1 in 3 people), vomiting, constipation, and diarrhoea. Usually worst in the first 4–8 weeks during dose escalation, then improve. How to take Foundayo

Take one tablet daily — any time of day, with or without food. No fasting window required.

Starting dose is 3 mg. Your doctor will increase it gradually every 4 weeks through 6 mg and 12 mg up to 36 mg.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet — swallow whole.
