Contrave storage is simple. The FDA label says to store it at 25°C (77°F), with excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F to 86°F). The Medication Guide puts the same range as 68°F to 77°F and says to keep Contrave and all medicines out of the reach of children. No refrigeration is involved.

Safe vs damaging conditions

Tablets are far more forgiving than injections, but a few mistakes can still degrade them.
