How to take Orforglipron
Take one tablet daily — any time of day, with or without food. No fasting window required.
Starting dose is 0.8 mg. Your doctor will increase it gradually every 4 weeks through several dose levels up to 17.2 mg.
Store at room temperature. No refrigeration needed.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet — swallow whole.
