Safety
Important cautions
Do not use if you or anyone in your family has had a rare thyroid cancer called MTC, or a condition called MEN 2
Report persistent severe stomach pain — this could mean your pancreas is inflamed

Practical guide
How to take Foundayo
Take one tablet daily — any time of day, with or without food. No fasting window required.
Starting dose is 3 mg. Your doctor will increase it gradually every 4 weeks through 6 mg and 12 mg up to 36 mg.
Store at room temperature. No refrigeration needed.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet — swallow whole.
